Maybe not incels but volcels, yea. I'm 6'2'', slim, not bald, average face with good facial hair and make pretty good money. I've had several women show interest in me since I became tall (around 14), doing things like touching me, holding eye contact, stuttering when talking to me and sitting too close to me. Most obvious one hugged me every day and joked about wanting the D (she was whoring with a few other tall dudes tho).
I even get random women in grocery store queues standing way too close to me and sometimes touching me briefly. This is despite me usually moving away slightly. Some months ago at work some MILFy colleague from another department had no problem squeezing next to me on a couch, constantly in touch with me.
So I would not consider myself Chad level but I'm clearly like a 6-7/10. Above average. But because I've never approached a woman and probably never will, I'm khhv. I either don't like them as people or I lack the courage to ask them out. And I just don't care that I'm khhv, I just don't have a need for a woman in my life and the risks are too big for me to try anything.
