>You spend 1/3 of your life sleeping. Make it a good sleep. Invest in a memory foam mattress, memory foam pillow and a weighted blanket.
>If you are in your 20s put 5-10% of your monthly wage in indices and etfs. Do not even consider selling them before you are 30
>Compare yourself to who you were 6 months ago, not to who someone else appears to be today
>There's a reason why classic literature is considered classic. It's because it grants you timeless wisdom and insight into yourself and humanity. Ditch the self-help stuff, read your Hesse, Dostoyevsky and Shakespeare
>Do not use books, videos and courses as a replacement for going out, fucking up and trying again
>If you have difficulty sticking to a good habit, combine it with something you do stick to (ride a bicycle to work every day, do yoga while watching netflix/youtube, etc)
>Do not hang around blackpillers. They are unclean
>Eat little in the week. Stuff your face on Saturday
>When you feel just a little thirsty, drink two whole glasses
>Most people can't stand it when they are being rude and you are being unwaveringly polite. Turning the other cheek is not submission. It's the best and most frictionless way to get what you want.
>(Related to the previous one) A grudge needs the signature of both parties to start. When someone is mad at you, stay polite. Let them know that the door is open for cooperation once they calm down.

Don't marry and don't have kids. It will make becoming rich very easy. Also don't buy a house if your parents are willing to let you stay with them for free, like mine.
Don't just do what society expects you to do. Go your own way and do what's best for you. Don't be afraid to be odd.

State bonds would be much safer and that's what I'm doing. They have pretty good interest rates and are not taxed by the state. Also, I put 50% of my monthly wage in them and am already seeing good returns. ETFs/indices are not bad but at least in my country those get taxed and there's all sorts of commissions you have to give to brokers, so those eat into your winnings quite a bit.

Buy a trash can for your room and every room in your place.
>but I'll just take it to the main trash can

Buying a trash can is a world changer. You think it's more convenient to pile it up on your desk or whatever, it's not.
Buy a trash can, even a tiny one, and make the walk of shame no more.
