You definitely don't want them to love and desire you, they will act like they have a right to your time and energy and if you tell them no they will turn on you and tell you you're worthless and weaponize anything you've told them you're insecure about. I've been talking to one for just over a year now. She meets all of the criteria of the OP image except eating disorder (probably she is still kinda skinny but not skeleton tier). She's extremely clingy but as long as I give her some kind of blunt notice early on that today is a bad day then she'll leave me alone for the most part.
