Tbh most of the time pedophilia, ephebophilia are seen as wrong because it comes with the risk of purposeful offense and imposition on actual children and that's the ONLY thing that makes it wrong (hypothetically)

Yeah. Same thing with psychopath. Most clinical cases are non-offending and most offenders are not clinical. It's obvious why we shouldn't treat these lightly but society needs to rein in its hysteria that will probably just make things worse.
