I can't even tell who is the bad guy because depending on who you ask you will get different explanations and at the end of the day it all seems to come down to power, human selfishnes and survival. Why do I always get demoralized and black pilled by everything? I just want to have a purpose and meaning I can die for.

There are no such things as "bad guys". There are only the strong and the weak. The strong get to determine what is good and bad, and surprisingly enough they tend to determine that what they did, whatever it is, was good. That's how it has been for the entirety of human history and that is how it will remain.

Before we had nations and ideologies is perhaps when we were at our most violent. Neolithic societies had insane rates of violent death, it just wasn't as organized. Morally unquestionable historical figures don't exist. Theres people who are better at war, and then there's people who aren't. Simple as that

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you understand to what level the history that we are taught is fake and and unknown because the winners almost always erased the history and culture of the previous cultures and nations they conquered. There is an entire hidden world of secret societies and oligarchical games manipulating world events. The banks, the media and everything is in the hands of these people and on the lower level people who want better positions in the system have to sell out and betray their morality and common good. It's hard to speak about history like this generally but I hope you understand where I am coming from.
