Grab yourself a spring salad mix or two. One for balsamic vinegar and one for caesar dressing.
If you have an electric skillet to fry some stuff, also grab some tilapia and salmon fillets, baby carrots, and french cut green beans; cooking them together is a freaking BOMB.
Ground beef can be nice if you still have that electric skillet, so you can maybe make your own spaghetti sauce and noodles in that regard.
Potatoes, rice, and corn are a must. Good fibrous staples and easy additions to most things.
Also if you're unable to boil a large pot of water on that electric skillet, get instant mashed potatoes too.
Got enough cheese for the week? Speaking of, grab some lunchmeat. My go-to is turkey and pepperoni, alongside with mustard as a good condiment for my lunchmeat sandwiches. With spinach, that can make a fine lunchtime meal.
Go ahead and grab yourself a cereal, a loaf of bread, some sugar and cinnamon if you don't have any. Milk is of course essential, but go wild and try goat milk if your store has it.
That's just a few ideas.
