My mom unironically tried to murder me multiple times throughout my childhood and everybody in my family knew about it and nobody did anything.

Maybe she had a good reason and everyone agreed with her?

Probably, I was a really insufferable kid.

Well the first time she """forgot""" me deep in the woods after a hiking trip, like she specifically told me to wait there and then went home, then later she tried drowning me by locking me in the pool but again masked it as just negligence, then when I was like 11 she just straight up dropped the act and tried to beat me to death with a tire iron and my dad had to like actively hold her back and let me lock myself in my room.

I'm sorry to hear that. My mom hit me numerous times, and she's never in her life lost a moment of sleep over it.
It really unsettles me when people say they love their mothers. I really can't imagine that level of delusion to think they care about you.

You can't put yourself in someone else's shoes? I didn't have the best parents, but if someone says they love theirs, I can understand why. If you know your parents were bad, you must know as opposed to what.

Well I mean I guess the people that say that have very different mothers than us lmao. I don't love my mother obvsly but I understand why anybody else would love theirs.

Lol

In the woods I didn't really do anything, I basically just stayed in the same spot and cried after the sun started going down and I got increasingly nervous. Some strangers found me eventually and helped me get back home where my family and a bunch of cops were waiting, and my mom was like fake-crying and pretending to be excited that I was back but I could tell something was off.
Pool is a more anti-climactic story. She waited until I dove into the water and then closed the cover. I got out before it fully closed but only just in time. She pretended she didn't know I was in there but I know she knew.

That really hurt to read. What a horrifying childhood you had. I feel terrible considering myself a robot because I'm an incel and my mom's kind of a BPD cunt who fakes emotions.
