Internal vs External motivation
I think I just found the secret to life
>You can lead a horse to water, but you can't get him to drink

Procrastination is born from feeling like you have to do something because a teacher/parent/world said you had to. Nobody likes feeling like a slave.

But there are ways to trick your mind into feeling like you WANT to do the boring thing. That's where passion is born. That's when work becomes relaxing and you feel fulfilled.

What internal motivation would you have to make something you don't enjoy enjoyable

give yourself options. different ways to do the task, maybe only do parts of the task.

the main thing is to practice autonomy. practice feeling "yea I did this because I wanted to" instead of "fuck I need to do this because my back is up against a wall". That feeling and your willingness to do the task will only get stronger from there.

So, did your life change? What did you do with that secret to life, how do you benefit from it? Because the only way you're going to convince anyone is with personal experience.

This guy's takes are consistently antithetical to reality. Only the most bluepilled normies and boomer-tier men could take him seriously. Get with the program! This is the age of the blackpill, not the bluepill.

that's not true. i think the way he says it is technically not a lie but he only spend the summer over at india. probably at an actual buddhist monastery but it wasn't like he was an actual monk the whole time
