5 aweSOME underrated acne-ridding TIPS!! that nobody evah says
>1. avoid dairy!! especially if you exhibit other lactose intolerance symptoms, but even if you don't it is 100% an inflaming food and i find it to be the MOST inflaming natural food, of course processed very greasy foods are the worst for your acne. but try cutting dairy completely from your diet and see if there's a difference
>2. dust your home and living space more often! dust everywherrreee you likely haves a dustier room than you realize, and dust is mostly dead skin. think of all the dead skin! thats not good for your living skin! it really does help
>3. wash your hands way more LIKE WAYYY MORE and stop touching your face. everywhere on your palms and fingies get so oily and dirty from touching everything, wash em good and keep sanitizer on you. start acting OCD as hell about hand washing... not enough people do......
>4. fragrance free detergent and fabric softener for regular... very regular... twice a week... i know its hard anon but you can do it, pillow case washes! get more pillow cases you can swap out easily
>5. SUGAR!!!!!!! SUGAR IN YOUR DIET! and that includes carbs. this cannot be understated. especially if you get acne around your mouth, cheeks, chin then thats likely hormonal and hormonal can mean diet. carbs spike ur blood sugar so much if you know nothing about nutrition research moar

What am I supposed to eat? Everyone says something is harmful now and when you add it all up it turns out everything is bad for you.

>avoid dairy
Fermented dairy isn't generally triggering for people
>wash your hands way more
Stripping your natural skin barrier and oils is bad
>that includes carbs
Carbs from whole foods like legumes, oats, tuberous veggies, etc are not bad for you. Fiber is also very important to include in your diet. Blood sugar spikes are not a problem for healthy people. Saturated fat is more deeply implicated in e.g., insulin resistance though the ultimate cause of most issues is excess adipose tissue i.e., being fat as a fatass

Fermented dairy has much lower levels of lactose. If you make your own fermented dairy you can even over ferment to more fully remove the lactose. Fermented dairy with live cultures can also help with lactose intolerance by introducing lactic acid bacteria into your gut.

>>1. avoid dairy!!
It's weird because when I had the most acne and my forehead and side of my face was a crater of pimples was probably when I consumed the least dairy.
