Whether they admit it or not, women find men who have had more relationships (sexual or romantic) attractive, to what degree is individual. Women find married men more attractive, for instance. A guy who has slept with a lot of women will be considered more attractive because women reach social consensus, and if a guy is approved of by so many other women, he must have some redeeming qualities (even if they are not readily apparent).
My girlfriend knows I have had an extensive sexual history before meeting her, and she sometimes asks about it in a lurid, curious way. Asking what the races and body types of my previous partners were. Hell, the chicks I fucked before her would do the same thing, asking me about sex stories and comparing themselves to previous partners.
Of course, some women will be disgusted if they find out you are a manslut, because jumping from partner to partner suggests an inability to commit, or some deeper flaw that isn't apparent but leads to inevitable relationship decay.
