If you are already having these types of thoughts then you're already in a really bad place - my advice? Ditch the entire thing and move to a completely different place where you can reflect on the mistakes you made that led you to this terrible place and hopefully remodel yourself in a positive way to prevent getting cucked in the first place next time.
