This is what I look like but I'm 4 measly inches taller than you. I also have pectus carinatum and mild kyphosis. It doesn't fucking matter. Women have really low standards for men nowadays since most men have been exposed as emotionally retarded and/or abusive. It sort of depends on what circles you are floating in, but in my world of academic women with careers & degrees simply being a kind soul who grooms himself well and knows how to comprehend someone else's feelings puts you in the top 10% of men. I literally just treat my gf like one of the guy friends I had as a teenager except we have sex and she worships the ground I walk on. Women are desperate for someone who adds value to their life instead of being another chore they have to deal with.

I've never been diagnosed with anything but that's mostly because I don't talk to psych doctors. If you asked me to describe myself then I'd tell you my primary issues are neuroticism and anxiety. I'm one of those guys you can find biting his fingernails and skin off his bottom lip until it bleeds when my mental health starts faltering. So probably no genuine autism, but I definitely wasn't born normal and struggled for all of my life to communicate with others.
