It's very strange. You can tell someone that they will never play basketball at a high level because of their height, but make the same argument with intelligence and you are met with enormous amounts of cope. This is especially prevalent among academics, who have spent their entire lives living around and interacting with people who are at least 115+ iq, self segregating into circles of extremely intelligent people and then they go on to say that anybody can become the next Isaac Newton if they just study hard enough jfl. Also intelligence is a curse it means you will never breed picrel
