I kept a gun on my desk for a couple years when I was younger, I found it helped a lot
Objectively a risky strategy though, if there's anything you can change in your environment it would be prudent to do that first. It's bizarre how small changes can completely change your baseline outlook on life.
Hate work? Try switching departments
Hate home? Move out or spend more time outside/libraries/cafes
