Everything about the right wing is a grift because right wingers are inherently selfish and low empathy. Its the definition of being a rightoid as opposed to a bleeding heart liberal with empathy and compassion dripping out of their pockets.

As such when rightoids prey upon each other they are only acting in line with their philosophy. Survival of the fittest, competitive darwinism. They dont see it as a scam they see it as taking resources from the unworthy and giving it to someone who truly deserves it (namely themselves).
