Plus they are nepotic and biased towards their own as hell, while the westerners were taught their whole lives to not see colour and give everyone a shot and equal opportunity.

I work in a hospital and a huge chunk of my coworkers are from the Philippines and Africa. My gf was not even born on the same continent as me. Every single one of them is just here to work and become a citizen. They do their job just as well or just as terribly at the white people do.
