have you ever had a female boss or manager over 40 that was both competent and a decent person?
everyone i have had has been mean bitches with varying degrees of bullying, micromanaging, power tripping and anger issues

I worked at an ice cream shop all throughout high school. My boss was a 40-45 y/o korean lady with a massive crush on me. At times I would have been okay with a bj but her body was pretty uggo flat chest and flat butt. She still bullied, micromanaged, power tripped but she was cool most of the time. Worst thing she did is she communized the tips and gave them equally to all workers who worked during that pay period. I bet she skimmed some of the tips.

Yes. Biracial lady in her 50s, she's actually my current supervisor. The problem is she's too nice and other people give her more work so then I need to help her when all im trying to do is browse 4chan on my phone

I have, she's very competent. I don't agree with her a lot and we have very different ways of doing / looking at things but she's defended me multiple times when I fucked up and leaves me alone to get my work done 99% of the time.
