Don't drink, don't do drugs. Ended up losing all my friends social skills have gotten worse, now I'm a miserable gymcel that does drugs alone and fucks hookers.

Nobody ever adviced me, I was looking for advice but it's all unapplicable. It's all like be friendly, positive and forward but that shit isn't reciprocated so the problem is me apparently.

*If you like a girl, contact/text her whenever the impulse to do so arises. Bad idea ik now.
*If something is bothering you, think of it/moll over it a lot until there's nothing left to think about. Also a bad idea that filled my mind with horrible stuff and caused insomnia.
Many more bad advices from "friends" who didn't know nothing and were playing psychiatrist. Made my life pretty miserable until I grew out of these patterns.

The generic self help advice. But they're just a self hating cabal.
