My processing speed is extremely slow, I need things to be repeated multiple times before I understand it or other times I still don't understand it at all. I have very poor spatial awareness/hand-eye coordination which is why I'm struggling with driving. I'm not capable of higher thinking, I struggled a lot in high school and needed help. I don't know the ins and outs of things, I just have a very elementary understanding of concepts, think abc/123 logic. My mind is always empty so I always have to think extra hard about what I'm going to say as I don't get spontaneous thoughts.

nta. Your IQ is not that low if you can communicate like you do. And 24 is extremely young. I've seen 40yo druggies change for the better and succssed. You have time, just dare to go outside your comfort zone and be open to new things. Find some friends in a con or book club or something. Heck, farm boys on dating apps (I gurantee you'll have at least a small number of boys in your dms) and flirt/practice on them. Maybe you'll find some friends that way or even a bf. I found a lot of friends on dating apps that were nice to pass the time with and a gf, too, eventually. Practice, learn and dare. It is not impossible and definately not too late.
