Admit it the vast majority of posts are trash and the vast majority of posters annoy you
There is nothing to be gained here except porn and the vaguest sense of social interaction
Literally even playing vidya and watching anime is more productive and fun
Just think about all the thousands of posts every day that dont even get a single (you)
Quit and make real efforts to gain what you are trying to replace

Everything is a waste of time, and in a roundabout way that means nothing is. Do what makes you feel fulfilled and comfortable bros. If it's this, do this. If it's something else, do that. We don't get much time here, do your best to make it what you want. There's a balance to be found between doing things you enjoy now and things you will enjoy later, but if you spend too much time thinking about it, you probably won't enjoy anything.
