I'm extremely introverted and can't function very well around people. This started in childhood, and it made life extremely shitty for me. I got diagnosed as autistic right when I was about to leave high school and they threw me on SSI right away. I've never held a job at all.

This is the best it's gonna get for me, so I don't give a damn about anybody's bullshit shaming tactics.

It's kind of a shame because people tend to think I'm really smart, and I've learned that it's not hard to get people to like me if I just try a little bit.

I do have a job, robots need to take the wfhpill, i work 3 hours a day and earn my own money, this is far preferable to the uncertainty of welfare or parents money, you lose hours of your day but it's also freeing, you don't need to justify your existance to anyone, even if you lose your job, you can just get another.

The issue is most robots embranced stagnation, because change and growth is difficult even to normies, but it's more difficult to us since most of us were victim to bullying and abuse.

I'm 28 and looking back in the 10 years since graduating high school, I done so much and improved myself a lot, I dread even thinking about being 28 and not having accomplished all I have, meanwhile there's people my age who browse here and the last 10 years were a blur of browsing 4chan, watching anime and playing videogames, which I also do, but that's not my entire life.

The point is, don't waste time, having a job isn't just about slaving away, it's about being good at something and having others reward you for it, we're hardwired to find fulfillment from it.

I work and I encourage NEETs to stay NEETs if that's what they really want. There's no real glamor in work if you don't care about it, it's not going to magically cure you of your social issues and it isn't magically going to make you grow as a person.

I do what I can. I live with my mom and I keep the house clean. I have some cooking skills, so I prepare the meals. I do the dishes. I do my own laundry. I help pay the electric bill, even though mom makes pretty good money, and can pay it herself.

I don't need romance in my life, either. I realize that this is a me problem, and there's no need for me to absolutely despise women, like so many other guys do.

For an autistic NEET, I'm pretty damn stable as a person, and I take a bit of pride in that.
