The thing about just airlifting masses of people into a country is that it's different than immigration
When immigrating, you need to have the wherewithal to work yourself up into a position to gamble on leaving your home and seeing if you can make it work in a foreign country. So the foreigner, whatever his reason for leaving his homeland, used to always be at least bright enough to maneuver himself around. He's capable of learning the language and culture up to at least that point.
But just dropping people in, they're listless, destitute, they didn't have the mental means to get there to begin with, so it follows that they sure as hell will never leave. They have no interest, incentive, or even desire to do as the romans do. They will just be loud, filthy, muslim, drug addicts, sex-pests, and degenerates, and there's nothing that can be done to combat it. They're used as disposable bioweapon pawns by politicians who hate natives
