Im not diagnosed because I would rather kill myself then ever have any mental disorder put on my public record or have to visit mental health professionals again. My parents sort of knew I had it growing up and I only ever made friends with other spergs and I have dogshit social skills and am mentally stunted and like cartoons. Is there a way I can fix it that people are hiding from me?

Being terrified of talking to a therapist tells me you probably are not autistic and more so have terrible social anxiety medication helps a lot with that but if you will not do that look into CBT workbooks or something. Your life is not going to get better if you keep denying yourself care.

Stop using the Internet and force yourself into daily, prolonged interactions with people that are not your family, ideally around your age.
