I assuming you made zero progress since then? First: eat better. Diet is 80% of it. Second, weight lift three times a week minimum. Start off with Strong Lifts. Third, cardio: 3x/week for 30 minutes. Two of those are steady state sessions, one of them a HIIT session.

Get your bloodwork done by a doctor, you probably qualify for TRT.
Eat a clean, high fibre, high protein diet.
Find a gym split that works for you, PPL is easy to program, full body every other day is time efficient.
Intense cardio can wait if you're low on time but if you can fit in jogging or cycling or even just walking for at least 30 minutes a day that will also help.
It's never over but it will be hard to start. Take pride in the fact that you're going to get out of bed everyday and do something hard to improve your life, after a month or two of consistency it will become easy and you'll probably end up enjoying it.
If you need recipe recommendations or diet tips let me know, but in general keto/paleo recipes will be great for dinner and lunch.
And make sure to track you macros and lifts there are plenty of free apps for it.

Zoomer here. The gym is more popular with our generation than it was with previous ones, but the average rate of exercise is probably lower. Maybe like 5% of zoomers work out regularly compared to 2% of millenials or whatever but the other 95% are rotting away.
