Why am I so fucking tired
>wake up 8am after nine hours sleep
>breakfast 10-11am
>immediately feel compelled to rest in bed at 12pm
>sleep for three hours and wake up at 3pm
>on work days, I nap four hours straight as soon as I get home thus losing most of my free time

I'm only 24 years old yet 2/3 of my day is wasted on sleeping. Am I dying?

You need to force yourself to expend more energy throughout the day, otherwise your body will napmaxx to conserve max energy in case of future threats

eat a lighter breakfast
eat a lighter dinner
drink caffeine
exercise
take a multivitamin or green tea extract or even better both
sleep more
I had the same problem and combining all these things made me functional if only barely. Since you seem to have a problem with sleeping I recommend smoking weed at night indica obviously dont take benadryl its counterintuitive desu

Same thing is happening to me except I'm 33yo. I was thinking it was because of my diet so I will start eating well see if that's the reason.

Your diet probably needs improvement

You have to exercise and/or get out of the house and moving early in the morning.
As a teenager, you had to wake up at the crack of dawn and get on the bus for school. By the time you were there you were wide awake because of all the stimulation, but you still felt like absolute ass for the first 30 minutes of the morning as you were waking up getting ready for school.
But as an adult, especially if you WFH or are a NEET, you're not forced into all that moving and stimulation first thing in the morning. Instead you leisurely hop in the shower, maybe make coffee, etc. It's not enough.
Humans are evolved to wake up and work, or need to be somewhere and have other people to answer to. We're not meant to freely roll out of bed whenever with nothing in particular to do. For the longest time those were called bums. But with all our modern luxuries, many people live like bums, but have a roof over their head and a pantry full of food.

I highly advise making coffee at home for the financial benefit. It's more expensive than you think to buy it. Ends up being ~$120/mo, or $1500/year if you're buying a coffee every morning. It also tastes better and you can have more at home.
BUT, it does help in my experience to have a morning ritual involving leaving the house. As I said, it's all about stimulation.
