5-6km run every morning. On odd days, I skip rope for 20 minutes or until I fail. On even days, I lift weights for 30-40 minutes in my home gym.

how do people run that far? im like 19bmi and i still get shit timings in 2.4km and out of breath at the end even though i run every week almost for a year now

You're not ACTUALLY supposed to run, you're supposed to jog comfortably, the pace will increase automatically the more and longer you do it to the point where your "jog" is about as fast as the average person thinks running is
