You know what I fuckin hate? Insomnia.

It's funny, I never really dealt with it before really, this is all because of a specific incident that happened with me and now I think I might be permanently fucked up. But, the interesting thing is it comes and goes. A while back I could sleep for the longest time.

And, this isn't what I think normal insomnia as, where I get tired but I simply can't sleep. No, I have the added side effect of never getting tired either. My ass can literally be up for 6 days straight and will never once feel "sleepy". Just lay there and lay there and lay there, nothing.

Depending on the severity, I will occasionally get a few hours here and there, but that's if I'm very lucky. It eventually progresses to the point where I can't sleep at all, and I'll be up for 6-8 days, and eventually I'll snap out of it.

But I gotta tell you guys I am straight up not having a good time. I thought I was done with this shit cause I don't have some of my other issues as much. I'll be doing fine and then God just flips a switch and decides it'd be funny to turn off my sleeping.

Try staying longer in bed or try to enjoy life and get tired that way

35+ years of no idea what insomnia or anxiety felt like till i got involved in a incident this year. had 1 hour of sleep then leave for work for a month. dreaded after dinner because i knew i will not fall asleep.

pretty certain my incident fucked with my hormones and it will never be the same.

now i eat chicken liver, take b12 melts and magnesium capsules and drown myself with youtube background videos to only extract 4 hours of sleep. at least my anxiety has dipped to acceptable levels.

no idea if eating healthy in my situation will return me back to normal sleeping pattern so i eat everything and see what sticks.

>hope this helps improve on less insomnia, from a khhv doomer

I just force myself to wake up early and really hate the day, I don't skip work or training, heavy labour is best.
That's the fastest way to fix it, spent a life battling the fuckin thing.
