OCD

I realized like last year that a bunch of things I've been experiencing since my dad died are actually symptoms of OCD
>stuff like having to constantly check my heart beat, press on the bridge of my nose in a specific way unprompted, my eyelashes cannot be connected at the corners of my eyes, have to walk over bumps twice to make sure my feet feel 'even' (they don't, so I have to go over like 5 times), have to triple-or-more check when someone gives me something
Is it going to get worse? Will my OCD keep getting more intense? I already start sweating if I don't check my pulse or if I breath the wrong way.
I haven't been diagnosed by a shrink or anything, but there's literally nothing else it can be.
Am I fucked, anons? It's super mild, it doesn't harmfully impact my life like someone with severe OCD, but it's still really hellish.
