Yeah, I'm a regular on F-List so whenever I make a new profile or even a new account, the same people recognize me and try to hit me up. It's annoying.

I used to be at a restaurant my friend worked at. It was kind of endearing being known as a recurring character.

I have been before. I don't like to be and I change my routes when people start to recognize me. I'm infamous in some circles so I try not to show any patterns that can be predicted. When it comes down to it I'm still human. So it does happen.

It can be kinda weird at first but i have grown to appreciate being noticed by the staff as a regular. As long as your being courteous and polite, they appreciate the business.

*I was a regular at a hotdog place and they would draw hearts on the package until they sent me a funky tasting hotdog and stopped ordering from them.
*used to order dried mango often from a market and once they added a variety (like dried apple and dates and nuts) dried fruit box to the order but I gave it away since I only cared about the mango. I LOVE dried mango. Pineapple is close second.
*these days I regularly order a personal-sized pizza with bacon topping every morning for a month and a half (they are so good). They started putting a lot more bacon on my pizza and sometimes give me promo codes for a free pizza so I only pay for shipping (3$). Picrel is my pizza box tower.
Also, my pharmecist recognises me by face and name, and gives me a smile if I pass him on his smoke break.

i do it all the time though. if a cashier or something starts talking to me i just go "just the purchase, please" and that shuts them up every time. it's not like they're high up on the hierarchy so that they can get you trespassed or something. i've had a cafe worker try that because i told her that i didn't appreciate her attempts at small talk (read. tip fishing) and the manager told her to fuck off.

They always get my order wrong when they try to predict what size coffee I want. I'm a regular at an LGS, the owner used my full legal name as a product code in their system for the chocolate I would always buy when I went in there. They didnt scan anything, just took cash but I autistically asked why they didn't ever scan it so they did that in response. Afterwards they would always yell my full name at me every time I went there so I stopped going for a while.

I stopped going to the pharmacy near me when the lady at the cash register randomly started texting asking how I was rather than just sending promotional materials, and also sent me extras on deliveries. She was probably just doing her job marketing, but it was very weird.
I've been a regular at my local kebab for a while, however, but it's nice because they give me free food and drinks, even though I avoid talking to the staff too much.

The pieces of shit who make my hamburger always said my name when handing me my food. I asked them to call me Mr buttface instead and they said it was against company policy. So I walked straight out that door and sharted all over the entrance way carpet and threw some at the walls. I did it outside so they couldnt punish me. Never went back.
