Anonymous No.82220899
I only do stretches, and only because my body gets either too stiff or too restless if I don't every once in a while.

good luck. wrestling is really really good for your strength. literally nobody on earth is as strong as guys that have wrestled since high school. you can put on muscle so fast vs those guys. one of those guys choked me out one time just by holding my ribs in place so hard i couldnt breathe

I'm going to try and get in shape. I've jogged about 5 times now in the past 3 weeks and just now I walked for an hour. Walking is a lot easier but I want to be strong at running and feel light again.

I would have jogged today if my legs weren't aching. I'm not as young as I used to be. Hoping that once my legs get stronger I can do this without pain.

I've gained 15 to 20 lbs this year. I want to start exercising this week.

I exercise every other day to ensure that my body is adequately repairing my muscles before I destroy them again.

I was giga-obese and lost 220 lbs from feb '24 to may '25 and I've gained back 10 since then
Was incline walking for an hour and lifting for another hour 4 or 5 days a week
Hit an extreme depressive patch because of a w*man and slipped a little (first time going forth into normalfag shit since self-improoving, kinda fucked me up)
Getting back into the gym this week
30 more lbs to go until goal weight.

Just a generic powerbuilding routine.

Mon - Wed - Fri alternating between A and B every workout day.

A:

Flat bench 3x5
Barbell row 5x5
Calf raises 3x20
Weighted pullups 3x5
Wrist extensions 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10
Neck curls/extensions 3x20

B:

Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Deadlift 3x5
Weighted Dips 3x5

In my 20s I was deadlifting 340kg and squatting 270 at 93kg (fucked genetics no roiderino) but I got long covid for years and lost like 30kg so I'm emaciated now at 68kg and trying to get back to where I was somewhat.

I workout 5-6 times a week and take daily walks and stretch. I don't want my body to give out on me one day in my 30s

I am working on a couch to 5k thing but my legs are still sore from Saturday so I might not feel up it after work today. I did some calisthenics and dumbbell work Saturday as well which I'll probably do again today.

You get it because your joints are weak and you have put too much strain on them. Working out makes your joints stronger ackshually.
