I usually think the same thing but I've actually been asked about this stuff and get nervous in the situation and just say that I have people from school years ago.
But I don't really care about making friends.

I just tell them the truth; I live an isolated life.
I've even started to put that, and that I've barely had sex, on fuck apps and dating sites, in the hope that a foid is curious enough to fuck me.
I still get some likes and matches, but they almost never speak, and I have still never been laid from it.

I talk about things I do with my parents or my brother or things I did with my extended family over the holidays. That way I actually have something to talk about. Maybe they'll get the hint without me being too much of a downer by outright saying I don't have friends.
