This happens in some broken people. Normally either; people who have some sort of trauma making them not trust the people who care, people who don't let themselves be happy because they feel unworthy of it, or people who think someone won't like them and will leave so they force them to leave to avoid this thing that won't happen.

I mean, you are the one who pushes people away you've said. So you are the one who is making yourself face problems and fix things alone. No one is perfect, and I may have worded that insensitively. However taking things out on others or driving them off gets you further from having support for the underlying issues.

self sabotage is something i've struggled with my entire life, im sure a chick in highschool was into me, i was into her too, i feel like i did everything i could to ruin any chances. im not sad about that particular example anymore, but i still struggle with self sabotage as a whole.
