I have played the OG Tsukihime a long time ago, it was good (except for the maid routes those were awful).

I never played Hollow Ataraxia and it doesn't interest me, the Nasuverse beyond the biggest mainline titles look extremely derivative and border on fanfic in terms of quality.

OG tsukihime was interesting especially ciel and akiha routes, kohaku and hisui (maid routes) were mostly 1:1 but still revealed some stuff about the tohno family.

I get what you mean when talking about nasuverse spin offs, most are money grabs or arent even done by nasu + its mostly slop. Grand Order was created as money grab and the story is pretty meh with exceptions of LBs (from what i have heard). Most of hollow ataraxia is just slice of life in main fate universe. If you want to read a good spi noff series with good art i would recommend fate/type redline, its very good and i really like oda nobunaga.
