Schizophrenia with no positive symptoms is a dopamine dysfunction, if you take medication that targets the dopamine system like antidepressants and antipsychotics it could cause it, plain depression is schizophrenia without positive symptoms as well, so is early schizophrenia and simple schizophrenia

You are not in the clear yet, but if you reach 25 and have not hallucinated or are delusionally paranoid you probably just have depression. Typically it needs to be a direct parent who gives you the schizo gene, and if neither of your parents have it you most likely do not have it. You seem pretty organized to me as well. Most schizos cannot hold a conversation without appearing schizo. All the negative symptoms of schizophrenia align with typical depression. My final advice to you is either go to a shrink and get a second opinion or use your schizo diagnosis to get neetbux disability

Yes it does. If you are hearing voices you likely have schizophrenia. But dont an hero just yet, you should try getting neetbux disability first. Also, the most effective medicines in my experience for your type of schizophrenia (positive, but mostly negative) are the atyptical antipsychotics (abilify and latuda) as these have the least amount of bad side effects
