This happened to me as well when I was 17/18 still in highschool.

Basically two friends I had got girlfriends.
They stopped talking to me and hanging out with me.

I had one friend when I was around 20/21.

Same thing happened.
Friend gets a gf.
They stop hanging out with me.

Basically, if a guy gets a girl.
They stop hanging out with the boys.
Dog eat dog world.
