It's pretty much over for me I guess.
I'm homeless and dying from dehydration, hunger and currently the heat.
My family won't answer my calls or texts.
It was fun chatting with you guys all these years.

Hard lump on the side of my Adam's apple that has been slowly getting bigger. I figure that's probably what it is. I'll probably go to the doctor soon but I don't think I can really afford to do anything about it.

That could be a benign growth, but it's probably better to get it checked out. Simply tell them you are self-pay and to have them send you the bill. Disregard bill.

My boomer father told me at 18 that I was on my own and that I could never live with him.
My mother got a boyfriend and he made her kick me out.

There's a very large amount of recent data on the ability for fasting (which is free) to get rid of cancer entirely. The body using ketones as fuel (aka your own fat) starves off cancer that can't utilize it.
