I have done this regularly every couple days for the last 2 years. Usually 10-20 seconds of punching myself in the head each time, same spot every time I do it.

I've gotten conflicting answers on whether or not it can cause CTE or other damage. Some people tell me it can, some people tell me that you can't physically use enough force with your own arm to cause damage. I don't know what's true.

I was also swallowing nasal decongestants that fuck up the brain's blood vessels to get high during that time so that might have made it worse.
