You meet women in these low pressure social contexts like at hobby groups, sport groups, social mixers etc where social interactions are expected and not just 'sprung' upon people. People may not know how to react if they are approached on the streets or in bars, so their guard might be up.

But even in social situations, there is less pressure when you are part of a group. Thats why it is best to have friends around you when meeting new people.

Had a massive glow up recently I look 7/10 with androgynous looks and i ran into this problem, I look good now but I still dont talk to women and I really want a relationship or at least to get laid

Anywhere. There is nowhere that a woman doesn't want to talk to random men. Of course, when I say "men", I am using the female definition of the word, which means "Chad".
