i went to the doctor today without mom for the first time in my life yesterday (im 21)
i was silent thinking about how to talk for like 10 seconds and then what i said didnt make any sense and then she started talking to me like a child or retarded person and then i started talking like a child or retarded person and eventually it made sense and she understood
im scared of my future in jobs im gonna be taken advantage of hard i can tell

It really depends on your workplace but I wouldn't be. It's not a visible disability and normoids don't really take kindly to that. They're nice on your face of course, but if you can't keep up socially you basically become the runt of the litter and don't get to joke around and enjoy yourself, you don't get to slack off and be part of the group and as a result are less likely to get promoted. Again totally depends on your coworkers and the environment you're in too.

I used to work at a customer service job and they had security in the building. Certain floors were only accessible if you had the right keycard.
They notice any sort of signs of frustration that you show and while they don't directly confront you they will take notice of it and try to get rid of you.
Of course they're fucking normalniggers. That's why I dread having to find a new job, that's why I can't find a girlfriend who actually sticks around (they want neurotypicals at the end of the day). And like I mentioned in my response to the other anon, this also means that they likely won't promote you unless you really excel at your job (which basically means you have to be a slave while other people get to slack off and aren't chastized for it)

Sure some jobs have pesky security but plenty don't, while workplace bullying is prevalent in most if not all of them. That is why I find it odd so little retribution in the workplace occurs. I went to a doctor for the first and last time as an adult in late 2020. It was a routine physical, but I was seeking a finasteride Rx and also was worried about lower back pain I'd been experiencing.
Because I'm a retard I booked an appointment with a woman doctor who looked pretty in the headshot. I felt like I'd be more comfortable talking about shit with a woman, and because I had what I thought was a hernia, she would inspect my genitals.
Instead it was an embarrassing flop of a visit, where my hair loss was dismissed ("nothing that we can really do"), I answered the questions wrong and was issued a Wellbutrin script for depression, I stayed fully clothed the whole time, my height and weight weren't even taken, and I was given a prescription to large-size Advil pills for my back and told to follow up in three weeks. When I mentioned the hernia concerns, she said they usually didn't check for that at a physical (bullshit) and to take the Advil instead and follow up. I kind of sperged out here and said something to the effect of "but I want you to do it for me" as in "please cup my balls" and she just stared for a minute and dismissed me with the same advice.
The office? Never called to set up the follow up.
The meds? Didn't take them besides the Advil and it didn't really help.
I think they basically set it up so women don't have to do male genital exams to avoid "problematic" people like me.

I had hurt myself doing toes-to-bar 2 weeks before and though some nerve was being compressed somewhere making the discomfort felt on my left ball. I was surprised when she asked me to pull down my pants and underwear after checking my stomach area. I looked like a hairy hobo and talked like an autistic retard, she was clearly uncomfortable with my presence. Still massaged my balls and saw my 4cm dick. Prescribed me some pills for my gut. It was gases.
