Also the RoboDoc, which came out a couple of years ago.

it really does feel like watching five movies in one.
and those five movies are the big lebowski, the matrix, star wars, pulp fiction, and network.

It was my favorite movie as a child. I was 3 when it released. I once got in trouble with my mom and got grounded with my mom when I spit pn the newspaper and said
>just give me my fucking phone call

it's the one movie that makes me really, really wish I could take a time machine back to when it first hit theaters (before I was born) so I could get the live audience reaction. you just know it blew everyone away.

Still great movies even with the Jewish creators' autistic takes

Also I never understood what made them thought it was a good idea to turn R-rated movies into a family-friendly movie with the third movie just because the toys for kids and the cartoon series for kids printed money. Also the 3rd movie was so low budget comparing to the first two movie that it feels like a bootleg sequel from a third world country. Even its humor and dialogues were painfully stupified because according to American producers "kids are stupid".

And Hollywood movies still never learn.

you fuckers think everyone is jewish. pretty sure I did an in-depth look a while back and determined that Neumeier is gentile german-american, but I'm not 100% on that.

>you fuckers think everyone is jewish
Bitch, check the creators' Early Life. They clearly say they're Jews.

Also why so mad about calling out Jews?
Anonymous No.82244652

yes, and it doesn't say that Neumeier is jewish. the robocop 2 writer is, but not the original movie.

the funniest thing he ever said was actually about starship troopers and being shocked that military dudes liked it, and assumed that they didn't get the satire (as if they don't satirize the military themselves all the fucking time).

great documentary from which I learned that Peter Weller had to swelter in the robocop suit for 14 hours a day, had to draw on his eastern meditation experience to stay sane, and still found time to lay pipe to almost 100% of the female staff and crew on set.

Yup. I knew about the suit issues for years, but Weller's laying pipe did surprise me.
It took six and a half hours to apply the 'unmasked' make-up. Interesting to hear they almost had another mutiny when filming the final scene, as Weller's make-up had begun to break down, while Verhoeven was shooting every other part of the scene. It did look a bit too creased when he said that epic final line of the film.
Sadly, not as much behind the scenes detail is available for RoboCop 2. Though it had it's issues, it was watchable and was Weller's only other time in the part, and the film was cut to bits. It's also amazing to hear that by that film, suiting up only took ten minutes. I wish I would hear Weller's thoughts on it in retrospect. Just a shame that RoboCop was marketed to kids so much, and the franchise crashed and burned by turning it into a cartoon.
