How are people surviving when 90% of jobs are part-time and pay $15/hour but require 24 hr availability for scheduling so you can't have a second job and rent is $2000/month?

I have three college degrees in high demand STEM and interview well. But there are no interviews. No one is hiring except storage facilities and warehouses, for $15/hour part time no benefits. I just got rejected from warehouses. 2000 applications and counting.

Because they have gfs/bfs/spouses that split rent. Everyone I knew at work with their own place usually moved out with a partner.
