how do you dull your mind without alcohol? i usually use otc sleep medication and something like herbal tea to make me too tired to think

i cant become an alcohol because im poor and cant be bothered to get it most of the time

i just go to sleep upset and sort it out while i wait to fall asleep

If it's diphenhydramine then you're increasing your dementia risk by a lot. Get skull cap tea or chamomile instead.
