I have never dated a black woman but have had them as close coworkers or classmates for group projects in university and 9/10 times they were exactly like you describe. They'd bring up racism or colonialism completely unsolicited a dozen times a day and call the most innocuous things racist. I literally once said I preferred vanilla ice cream over chocolate and one of these chicks called it racist then went on a rant about how vanilla ice cream "was originally black but the colonializers changed the color". Any criticism of their work was an immediate accusation of racism. It was absolutely mentally exhausting to be around.
