How do you recover from missing out on life from your teens and half your twenties?

This is the exact path my life is headed on. I am in my last year of college and will do ANYTHING to secure a young virgin wife. I have several avenues I plan to take/am already taking
1. Geomaxx to Central/Eastern Europe and get a teen bride. Maybe even the yookay since I'm passably English.
2. Flirt with girls the SECOND they reach the age of consent. Dumb girls are just looking for drugs and sex so ideally a smart, shy/insecure/neglected girl and treat her right
3. I can't think of anything else suggestions go here _________________
Do any anons have experience with one or more of these approaches? I feel like relationships are easy as long as you just find someone you really mesh with. Whenever I listen to my friends who aren't KHHVs talk about how their relationships fail it's always either "I/they got bored" or 'I/they cheated" so just picking the right partner seems to eliminate both of these outcomes.
