my initial watch of frieren ended around halfway point then I went and rewatched it all to the end and holy fuck do they drop the ball with the most inane pointless games for "permission" to go north. stupid af

Frieren could've been a kino fantasy travel show, like a fantasy version of Star Trek, but it's just too fucking boring. The world is extremely uninteresting. People on /a/ came up with the term "native isekai" because it's written like isekai slop but isn't an isekai, this causes many melties from Frieren fans, pretty funny.
