I suggest slowly upping animal fat intake in your diet. More butter, more cream, more tallow. The rancid seed oils fuck with your brain, skin, hormones, and nerves, leading you to feel worse. They take years to get out of your body from the time of ingestion, to boot. You don't need to lose weight via starvation to improve your health, as most modern illnesesses are derived from malnutrition via ingestion of improper food substitutes over a sustained period of time, not overeating.
