I rather we just make it a full on blue board at first and see what comes after that. I feel that would fix most issue quick. Only other thing after that to try would be thread IDs that they use anyway but have it showing on boards like /pol/ but your ideas are good and worth the try too.

I don't think that would work sadly as incentives aren't there to get good quality. I wager most people want to be those roles for "power"/control reasons than to better 4chan. We saw in the leaks most jannies wanted the power to samefag easier and out samefagging.
