I've thought about playing poker there but the buy-in and blinds are very high. Plus people on those tables are probably better at poker than I am so it's probably a good way to lose all my money.

Fortunately this stuff is very easy to learn and look up.
>u could try smth easier like blackjack
I don't know if I'd say blackjack is easier. It has a lower barrier to entry (financially) and the lowest house edge if you know how to card count, which is a lot harder than it looks. At that point just play Baccarat, which has the lowest house edge without advantage play.

No, but the sea to sea motiff seems shared. The writers of that myth as well as such icons as the iron wolf were Christians who wanted the country to appear to have had a Christoid tradition. I thinkt he only unique untarnished mythos we have is the one of Sovijus cause it explains cremation in a way that doesn't really make sense to Jews, but idk.

Well, the irn wolf specifically is more of the grey area of Romantic mythos (as it's when it was first written) when Roman myths were kind of okay (i.e. Palemon myht etc.). Yeh, you're right. It's not straight up Christian itself, but made somewhat acceptable to them. I think a better example of what Im talking about would be Romuva. The concept looks good for modern Balt pagans, but it's more akin to something Christids invented to make baganism look more diametrically opposed to Christianity by giving it some mirror characteristics. Like I know you mean Lizdeika isn't shown in a particularly negative way, but I think the very position of kriviu krivaitis might be invented to make bagans seem more like a threat and was later taken by the writiers of the Bychowiec chronicle I think to give a sort of Roman/Christian origing to the Lithuanian state to make it seem more civilized maybe. So as opposed to this the Sovijus mythos was written by ppl who had no close connection to the people (neither positive nor personally negative) seeing it as just a simple curiosity, weird and unacceptable as it may be. K just ignore me now siiiiigh... I got way too much drinks for my burial ritual.
Anonymous No.82275782
Also, a lot of this stuff was written like just a little over a century after official conversion and the most important thing to them was beating the Moskals over any Christian larping. De moribus tartarorum, lituanorum et moscorum could have pretty much been written for today's political climate. ''We are so Western and civilized, we basically speak Latin'' but also ''The West is doomed we need le strong leader to put the degenerates in place just as the Asiatics got''.

The first half was good, then it starts to become a chore by making you backtrack and item hunt all the time while not having enough variety in the gameplay to justify the process. Overall not a bad game, but not that great either

I'm not too familiar with it beyond the tinkering I've done today but it has Zotero support, I can do cross-referencing, and I can back everything up in plaintext with syncthing, which is all I need.
Some people seem to go completely overboard with it and document their whole life using it but I just need it to make work a bit more organised.
