Why are brown people being low iq? While white people being high iq? For examples, South Koreans and Japanese are the high iq Asians while Thais and Vietnamese are low iq Asians. And former two are rich and latter two are poor.

Apart from black people I doubt most other brown people are inherently significantly different, and black people will eventually catch up if given good education. Nutrition matters here too and a lot of "low IQ" countries are just shitholes ravaged by war (I wonder who's at least partly to blame for that?)
