how comes 4chan hasnt made their own Earthbound romhack like they did with Super Mario World and Pokemon? Imagine a 4chan humor romhack like Clovermon but with Earthbound.

individual 4channers probably have, but considering how much coordination a group project like that would require, I doubt that kind of thing would happen other than on boards like /v/. this kind of thing is even less likely to happen nowadays though, niggas can't even agree on whether fucking a man is gay or not.
